Congress Filming in Stockholm
Filming a medical or scientific congress in Stockholm? I’m Jacob Bjelfvenstam, a Stockholm-based camera operator with more than 20 years of experience and over ten years filming congresses for WebMD/Medscape. I work as local crew for international medical media, pharma communications agencies and associations, so your team doesn’t need to fly in a crew.
To make booking simple, I offer two fixed-price congress filming packages with clearly stated hours: half day (4 hours) 8,000 SEK and full day (8 hours) 12,000 SEK.

Prices exclude VAT. Swedish VAT is added only for Swedish clients. Additional equipment, a second camera operator, live streaming and editing are available on request. Need photos too? I also offer event photography in Stockholm. These are the same half-day and full-day rates I use for all productions.

Can you film at short notice?
Yes. A couple of weeks’ notice is ideal, but I can often step in with just a few hours’ notice during a congress.
Do you invoice international clients?
Yes. I invoice 30 days from the shoot date in SEK, EUR or USD.
