Consultation and planning

I begin by discussing the details of your event or project, understanding your vision, and identifying your specific goals and preferences. This helps me tailor the shoot to your exact needs. After having received all necessary information, I will get back with a quote.

Setup

All crew members is setting up the gear, according to whats planned. We are fast, flexible and can quickly adapt to any changes in the shooting schedule. When all gear is set up I coordinate with the client to make sure we are all set. This coordination could easily be done over Zoom or Teams.

Filming

All my crew is seasoned and friendly and you can rest assure the shoot will be a success. We only use the best gear on the market such as Arri, Sony or Black Magic. Also we always have the option to let our client monitor the shoot over Zoom or Teams.

Editing

After the shoot, we will carefully edit the footage, refining them to ensure the highest quality. This includes color correction, sound adjustment, and any other necessary enhancements to make the final product shine. Of course we could also send the raw files to the client immediately after the shoot.

Delivery

When shoot is over I will deliver all files immediately via a file transfer

Business clients outside Sweden are normally invoiced without Swedish VAT. Within the EU the reverse-charge rule applies, so a valid VAT number is needed on the invoice. Clients outside the EU, such as US companies, are invoiced at 0% VAT. Swedish clients are invoiced with 25% VAT.

How do international clients pay?

Invoices are issued after the shoot with 30 days’ payment terms from the shoot date. The standard currency is SEK, but invoices can be issued in EUR or USD on request. Swedish VAT is only added for clients in Sweden.

Can I watch the shoot remotely?

Yes. A live feed from the camera can be shared over Zoom or Teams, so a producer or client abroad can watch framing and performance in real time and give direction during the shoot.

What equipment is included when booking a cameraman in Stockholm?

A Sony FX9 as A-camera, a Sony A7S III as B-camera, lenses including a Sony 70-200mm, a DJI Ronin-S gimbal, tripods, and a full lighting and sound kit are included in the day rate. PTZ cameras, LiveU live transmission, Arri and Blackmagic cameras and other gear are available on request.

Do you work alone or provide a full camera crew?

Both. Jacob Bjelfvenstam shoots solo, handling camera, lighting and sound himself, or brings a full crew with a second camera operator, sound engineer, gaffer and DIT. The client has one point of contact either way.

Do you also edit, or only film?

Both. Raw files can be delivered by file transfer on the day of the shoot. Editing is done in Adobe Premiere Pro, including colour correction and sound mix, with client review and feedback through Frame.io.

Can you film at short notice?
